It is important to know that each MBB™ harness ("Lucky 8:) operates on the same principles, but that each is designed and built differently to perform specific exercises, tasks and functions, which allow for many different benefits.

The MBB™ can also be used to tone the body and create greater agility.

Designed for people wanting all of the above features and more. The MBB™ pro hasa broadest spectrum of uses. It is distinguished from MBB™ deluxe models by allowing the user to incorporate the use of the MBB™ handles™.
The MBB™ Pro is used by yogins, dancers and a variety of physical therapists from around the world.

The Mighty Body Band® (MBB) Elite incorporates the lower, mid and upper body to work with open and closed chain exercises. The MBB™ Elite includes the MBB™ dynamic/static handles™, which can be used for the hands, arms, legs and feet. This MBB™ handles™ allow the body to comprehensively activate all the muscle groups of the body by allowing for dynamic and/or static modes of operation. The MBB™ Elite allows for whole body agility and muscular coordination. The MBB™ Elite (via PNF stretching) creates new neural synaptic connections, especially as it relates to the fast-twitch type 2b fibers. The type 2b fibers of our muscular system allow for more propulsive-like movement-- the MBB™ Elite helps to tone most all of the muscles that are more weak, while at the same time promoting flexibilty in the already tight and/or hypertonic muscles.
